GTA V Cops Skins for Android

Cops Skins from GTA V to GTA SA Android. PC Skins should work on mobile right? Well yes however authors tend to use the same texture names for everything since the PC version use txd archives for the textures instead of the individual png textures so sometimes the skins look messed up when another skin uses the same texture name. I renamed the textures in the DFFs so it will use its own texture and I also renamed textures that are the same for all the models to use so there will be no multiple same textures to save storage(its not like its heavy anyways).
