Updated version of VGSA that fixes the bright night time in 20:00

Some minor updates:

-Longer daytime(to fix bright night on 20:00)

-Removed Oily Peds

-Added dynamic light effect on peds

-Now Timecyc & Colorcycle Only

-Fixed Night Sky Color

-Removed "Volumetric" Clouds

-Removed SAAExten

-Support All Devices.

-Support GTA SA Lite and Original
